Who We Are
Completionadvantage Floor Coating is a neighborly referral service for homeowners in Cincinnati and the Cincinnati area. We help people find independent providers for garage and concrete floor coating. That is all we do.
Why We Focus on Older Homes
Older houses have older slabs. Over the years, they pick up patches, sealers, paint and cracks. Some of it is easy to see. Some is hidden. A coating that looks great on a new slab may not behave the same way on a slab with a long history. So we try to point homeowners toward providers who take that seriously. Know your slab.
How Matching Works
You tell us a little about your floor and your project. We share it with a provider in our network who serves your area. The provider then contacts you to talk details and, if it fits, set up an estimate.

Get Organized First
A little prep makes estimates smoother. Take clear photos of the whole floor and close-ups of problem spots. Jot down notes about moisture, past repairs and how you use the space. Keep any records you have. If damage may be tied to an insurance claim, some policies may cover sudden damage, so check your policy. Providers can often help document damage for a claim.
A Word About Costs
Prices vary a lot from one job to the next. In the U.S., coated garage floors often run from a few dollars to around a dozen dollars per square foot. Prep work, slab condition and coating type all change the number. Treat any range as a rough guide only. Ask each provider for a written quote, and compare what each one includes.
