Who You Will Talk To

Completionadvantage Floor Coating does not do the coating work. When you reach out, we connect you with an independent provider in our network. That provider is the person or business you will speak with about your floor.

What the Provider May Ask

Expect a few simple questions. Providers often want to know:

• The size of the floor and where it is (garage, basement, porch).
• The age of the house and the slab.
• Cracks, stains, old coatings or past repairs.
• Any moisture, sump pump issues or past flooding.
• Photos of the space.

Photos first, please. They save time for everyone.

What Happens After You Reach Out

Once you send a request, we share your details with a provider in our network who serves your area. The provider then contacts you. Many providers can respond quickly, but timing depends on the provider and the season. If the first provider is not a fit, you can ask about another.

Questions to Ask a Provider

You are hiring them, so ask freely. A few ideas:

• How will you check my slab before coating?
• What prep steps do you plan, and why?
• How will you handle old patches or cracks?
• Which coating do you suggest, and what are the tradeoffs?
• What does the written quote include?
• What happens if moisture shows up during the job?

Typical costs vary a lot by job, slab condition and coating type. Get a written quote before you agree to anything.
