• Are comfortable with older homes and slabs that have past repairs.
• Carry the licenses and insurance your area requires, and can show them on request.

What We Expect

• Return homeowner contacts politely and promptly.
• Explain prep in plain words. Prep before polish.
• Give written quotes with clear scope.
• Be honest when a slab has problems that need attention first.
• Treat each home with respect.
